Return and exchange policy

We take pride in our name and reputation for quality and excellent value and if you are not satisfied with your purchases we will assist you with a replacement or an immediate refund according to the company policy.

Customers must contact customer service in a timely manner within 5 days from the date of receiving the wrong product.

Only open and unused items will be considered.

Refunds and exchanges can be made if the item is in the same original condition upon purchase and wrapped in the original packaging of the company.

Replacement and return is free of charge in the case of items sent to the customer with an error or with a manufacturer defect, such as:

- Receive a product other than the one you ordered.

- Or the product did not match the description on the online store.

- or have received a defective or damaged product.

The same original amount printed on the purchase receipt / invoice (order summary) is refunded without shipping charges or customs fees and taxes.

In other cases of exchange or refund (other than what has been mentioned), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Returns according to the conditions mentioned within three days from the date the customer received the shipment, and the replacement within seven (7) days from the date you received the shipment, and any request will not be considered after the end of the specified period.

Shipping and transportation fees are not refundable:

Refund / replacement of purchases made through online store will not be accepted.

If the return reasons are wrong items shipped or dual shipment, it is borne by Shoege.com

If the reason for returning is that the customer did not like the item, and the product is still in the same original condition that it was shipped on, in this case the customer will bear the shipping costs

Refund terms:

The value of items returned within 14 days from the date of purchase is redeemed for cash purchase (payment upon receipt), and for credit card purchase, the value is added to the buyer (customer) card 14 days after the date of purchase.

We accept replacement if the item is sent by mistake to the customer.

To claim a refund on a special offer or purchase multiple items, all items included in the offer must be returned at the time of redemption.

Please send your parcel including return or exchange form with your shipment.

You are required to return items purchased by the insured and reliable shipping method.
